“Black Men and Women Are Speaking Up and Endorsing Trump”: Black Lives Matter Leader Endorses Trump’s Presidential Bid

Mark Fisher, a co-founder and former senior director of Rhode Island Black Lives Matter, recently endorsed Donald Trump as a presidential candidate in 2024. In media statements, Fisher shared his positive sentiments towards Trump and has garnered praise from Pastor Burns, known for his outspoken and extreme views within Trump’s evangelical right-wing circle, mainly through ReAwaken America Tours.

Everybody Else Sucks

During a Kim Iversen show on Rumble, she asked Fisher why he thought Trump was the best candidate. Fisher said, “Because everybody else sucks,” She then asked, “Is he just the best of a bad group?”

I Like Trump

“I like Trump, you know. Personally, and I think right now who we have sitting in the Oval Office is just a deep disappointment, you know? I deeply have disdain for him, and I really dislike the vice president, as well.” He then said black people were starting to “pivot off the Democratic plantation,” saying they had been “slaves” to it for far too long.

We Want Wealth

“We want to create wealth,” Fisher explained to the host. Further stating they want to “leave something for our children, you know.”

Abortion Is Against the Laws of Nature

Fisher also objected to the Democrat’s policies on abortion rights, saying they went “against the laws of nature” and “laws of procreation.” He then said Trump would “Tell it how it is, and “give it to you straight” and not “stab you in the back like the Democratic Party loves to do.”

Pastor Mark Burns Says It’s a Big Thing

Trump pastor and a regular speaker at the ReAwaken America Tours responded to Fisher in an Onyx News interview, stating that the endorsement of Trump from a BLM leader was “a big thing.”

Two-Tiered Injustice System

Burns explained that “Black men in America are seeing themselves through the two-tiered injustice system that is happening to Donald J Trump, by the Joe Biden Administration.”

Fighting for the American Race

Burns went on, “This is something that has been happening to black men for over 400 years, and yet we are seeing it happen to the former President of the United States of America. More Black men and women are speaking up and endorsing Trump.”

Democrats Painting Trump a Racist

“The President is not fighting for one race; he’s fighting for the American race. This is why he’s becoming so popular amongst all races in this nation but particularly the black community,” claimed Burns. He went on to state, “The Democratic party are losing their stronghold by painting the picture that Donald Trump is a racist and not for our People. Clearly, that is a Lie,”

BLM Demands Conviction for Trump

On the official Black Lives Matter website, the organization lists a number of demands, many of them targeting Trump. One of the demands is to “Convict and ban Trump from future political office:”

Ban Trump From Holding Office

The demand states, “We are joining Rep. Ilhan Omar, Rep. Ayanna Pressley, Rep. Cori Bush, Rep. Jamaal Bowman, and others who are demanding Trump be immediately convicted in the United States Senate. Trump must also be banned from holding elected office in the future.”

Trump Encouraged White Supremacist Attacks

Another ban demands the following: “Expel Republican members of Congress who attempted to overturn the election and incited a white supremacist attack: More than half the Republican representatives and multiple senators stoked Trump’s conspiracy theories and encouraged the white supremacists to take action to overturn the election.”

Supporting Cori Bush

It continued to read, “We are supporting Rep. Cori Bush’s resolution to expel them from Congress for their dangerous and traitorous actions. We also support steps to bar them from seeking another office.”

Ban Trump From Social Media

And thirdly, another of the BLM demands on their website reads, “Permanently ban Trump from all digital media platforms: Trump has always used his digital media platforms recklessly and irresponsibly to spread lies and disinformation.”

Trump Inciting Violence

It goes on to state how Trump’s social media encourages violence, “Now it is clearer than ever that his digital media is also used to incite violence and promote its continuation.”

Trump Called Black Lives Matter Offensive

Trump has regularly hit out at BLM. Trump posted in response to the famous BLM Logo painted on Fifth Avenue. Trump said, “NYC is cutting Police $’s by ONE BILLION DOLLARS, and yet the @NYCMayor is going to paint a big, expensive, yellow Black Lives Matter sign on Fifth Avenue, denigrating this luxury Avenue. This will further antagonize New York’s Finest.”

BLM a Symbol of Hate

Trump called BLM “Black Lives Matter” a “symbol of hate” and suggested police should stop the painting work. “Maybe our GREAT Police, who have been neutralized and scorned by a mayor who hates & disrespects them, won’t let this symbol of hate be affixed to New York’s greatest street. Spend this money fighting crime instead!” Trump posted.

They Are Thugs

Trump also called the Black Lives Matter movement “thugs” as they came to the streets to protest over the death of George Floyd, “They are not “peaceful protesters”, as Sleepy Joe and the Democrats call them, they are THUGS – And it is all taking place in Democrat run cities. Call me and request Federal HELP. We will solve your problems in a matter of minutes – And thanks to the U.S. Marshalls in Portland!,” Trump posted.
