Giuliani was Trump’s personal attorney in the past. He spearheaded the propagation of erroneous allegations that massive vote fraud was the sole reason Biden defeated Trump in the 2020 election.

Giuliani Leaks a Purported Copy of Hunter’s Laptop Computer

His lawsuit against Biden was filed one week after Giuliani was accused of violating data access and computer fraud laws by Hunter Biden, the president’s son. Giuliani allegedly sent the New York Post a copy of Hunter’s laptop a few weeks before the 2020 election.

He and other Trump supporters assert that evidence of Hunter Biden’s alleged unethical business activities in Ukraine is included on the laptop. The laptop is mentioned in Giuliani’s latest complaint.

Joe Biden claimed, “Buddy, Rudy Giuliani, he is being used as a Russian pawn, he is being fed information that is Russian that is not true,” during his debate with Trump on October 22, 2020, according to Giuliani’s lawsuit.

The Laptop Contains Russian Disinformation?

Joe Biden said later in the discussion that Russian misinformation was on the laptop. Biden stated, “Four, five former heads of the CIA say that what [Trump] is saying” about the laptop “is a bunch of garbage.” “With the exception of his good friend Rudy Giuliani, nobody believes it.”

An Extraordinarily Damaging Thing

“Being called by the leading Democratic Party candidate, [a] facilitator of Russian disinformation, is an extraordinarily damaging thing,” Giuliani stated during the news conference on Wednesday.

Hunter Biden Laptop Contained No Russian Information

“The Hunter Biden laptop contained no Russian information, but rather the accurate, depraved, and revealing entries of someone engaged in influence peddling but also in the throes of a drug addiction, and thereby revealing conduct and actions that, had Defendant Biden not lied about them and defamed the Plaintiff in the process of doing so, would have cost Defendant Biden the 2020 presidential election,” the lawsuit claims.

Giuliani Indicted With Trump and 17 Other Defendants

Giuliani, Trump, and seventeen other defendants were indicted in August on counts of racketeering in a state court in Atlanta. The indictment accused the defendants of plotting to unlawfully try to reverse Trump’s defeat to Biden in the 2020 Georgia presidential contest.

Annihilating His Data

Due to Giuliani’s handling of his laptop data, Hunter Biden filed a lawsuit against the former attorney Robert Costello and Giuliani last week. Giuliani is accused of “annihilat[ing]” Biden’s data and digital privacy by accessing, copying, sharing, and boasting about the data breach in public remarks.

Charges Against Giuliani

In addition, Giuliani has his legal license suspended in both New York and Washington, D.C., and is the target of a lawsuit from a former employee who claims he was sexually harassed and assaulted. Giuliani’s attorneys have claimed in court that the legal problems have severely impacted his finances, making it impossible for him to pay the costs of the defamation lawsuit against him. As a result, Costello has filed a lawsuit against Giuliani for unpaid legal bills.
