“The Entire Biden Administration Needs To Be Tried for War Crimes”: Recent Polls Show 70% Disapproval Rate From Young Voters Over Biden’s War Stance

Polls conducted in November surveying 1,000 voters indicate a sharp decline in support for Biden after his continued controversial stance on the Israel-Palenstine conflict. With Biden’s backing of Israel, 70% of young voters have since expressed their disapproval.

Biden’s Approval Rate Plummets

NBC has released their latest national polls, and the outlook for Biden’s chance at success could be dismal. According to the latest national poll, Biden’s approval rate has dropped to 40% – the lowest rating thus far of his presidency.

Hypothetical Election Poll Sees Trump Ahead

In contrast, former President Donald Trump has surpassed Biden in a hypothetical election poll, NBC reports. Whilst the election is still eleven months away, the numbers could present a worry for Biden and the Democrat Party, with Trump leading with 52% of votes.

Voters for Unnamed Democrat Over Biden

Polls also indicated that registered voters would support an unnamed Democrat over Trump more than they would Biden over Trump. The statistics highlight a hypothetical 6% lead over Trump.

Young Voters’ Disapproval

Among the data released, it was revealed that for voters between the ages of 18-34, 70% disapprove of Biden’s handling of the Israel-Palenstine conflict and his continued backing of Israel.

Deprecation From All Voters

The survey also highlights that 56% of all participating voters are against Biden’s handling of the conflict, and among parties, only 51% of Democrat voters approve. Comparatively, 69% of Republicans and 59% of independents voted their disapproval.

A Sharp Decline

In September of this year, 46% of young voters also expressed their approval of Biden’s job fulfillment, a statistic that has now dropped to 31% in recent findings.

Foreign Policy Vote Sees a Decrease

Biden’s management of foreign policy is also down in votes, decreasing from a 41% approval rate from all voters in September of this year to 33% in recent polls.

A Worrying Outlook

Considering Biden’s narrow victory in the 2020 presidential election, these numbers could prove to be worrying if public opinion stays the course. This is especially concerning when taking into account how young voters may have been the catalyst for Biden’s previous victory.

Biden’s support for Israel has had a noticeable impact on how voters perceive the President and his administration. Criticism has surfaced from many young voters, with some celebrities also voicing their distaste.

Cardi B Chimes In

American rapper Cardi B recently took to social media to slam Biden’s continued support of Israel, stressing that she will never endorse another president again. She also expressed outrage at the U.S.’s financial situation, noting how “we can’t fund these wars,” when the funding isn’t even there for the U.S., denoting the recent budget cuts for New York City.

Celebrities Plead For a Ceasefire

More than 200 celebrities have also signed an open letter to Biden, urging him and his administration to call for a ceasefire in the ongoing war between Israel and Palestine. The letter presented a united front, pleading: “We stand for freedom, justice, dignity and peace for all people — and a deep desire to stop more bloodshed.”

As evidenced, the response to Biden’s stance on the Israel-Palenstine conflict has been rife with criticism. One person took to ‘X’ to declare: “The entire Biden administration needs to be tried for war crimes.”

Young Voters Will “Come To Their Senses”

One person thinks that, although angry at Biden’s support of Israel, young voters will see the light: “There are not that many young fascists. The young people will come to their senses when they realize that taking sides in the Israel versus Hamas versus Palestine conflict is nothing compared with turning the US into a dictatorship under one of the most reviled people in the world, Trump.”

The Lesser of Two Evils

Another person agreed in part, warning about what may happen if voters switch sides: “I hope the young voters realize that if they elect the wannabe dictator their rights and freedoms will be greatly reduced.”

“Voter Manipulation”

Some users expressed their concern about the validity of the recent polls, with one person writing: “Feels like these “polls” and just another form of voter manipulation.” Another user agreed, asserting that polls have “no basis in reality or logic,” admitting: “ I don’t believe for a single second that young voters are more in favor of Trump than Biden.”

Democrats Over Biden

Others can see voters rallying their support for Democrats but not for Biden: “I think the Democrats will do well in 2024, but I don’t think Biden will. We are all in bubbles, but my far left bubble can’t stand Biden and many of them won’t vote for him even if Trump is the alternative. He wasn’t popular even before he supported Israel’s far right government, and he is less so now.”

Biden’s Approach “Controversial at Best”

One person considered where young voters may be coming from: “I mean it’s understandable. His approach is controversial at best. While I think he’s tried to take a middle path pretty well and I think a ceasefire is naive and not possible, the bombings Israel is doing are pretty deadly and tough to justify. His support for arming Israel means that blood is on his hands whether we like it or not. Yes, he’s far better than Trump, but it’s completely reasonable to not approve of him right now.”

Trump Would Be Worse

Another user expressed their disbelief that voters could lose faith in Biden when the alternative is Trump: “It’s (somewhat) funny to me that Biden is less supported because of what’s happening in Israel, but the alternative is Trump — who would likely do far worse to the Palestinian people. Doesn’t anyone believe Trump would be actively supporting the Palestinian people? Or that Trump wouldn’t supply any weapons to Israel?”
