Florida lawyers group is seeking the prosecution of Dr. Anthony Fauci for alleged crimes related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Murder, terrorism, and a host of abuses have been committed,” the Vires Law Group stated in a news statement last week, requesting that Florida’s attorney general launch an inquiry.

Grand Jury Petition Against Fauci and Others

The National American Renaissance Movement filed a grand jury petition with the Florida attorney general’s office earlier this month, asking for a probe against Fauci and many other individuals for suspected offenses related to the coronavirus vaccine and COVID-19 epidemic.

Everything Fauci Is Accused Of

According to the petition, Fauci and other defendants are charged with treason, fraud, murder, domestic terrorism, biological weapons violations, governmental and business wrongdoing, and crimes against humanity.

Crime of Second-Degree Murder While Committing Acts of Terrorism

In its release, the Vires Law Group stated, “On October 24, 2023, a request for a criminal investigation, particularly regarding the crime of Second Degree Murder while Committing Acts of Terrorism by Anthony Fauci and several other high-level federal officials, as well as Administrators of hospital systems providing care to patients in Florida, (“Accused”) was filed with the Attorney General of the State of Florida.”

Fauci Once the Nation’s Top Expert on Infectious Diseases

Republicans have been attacking Fauci for the past few months. Fauci was President Joe Biden’s main medical advisor, the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, and a media presence throughout the epidemic. During the health crisis, he was frequently interviewed as he was regarded as the country’s foremost authority on infectious illnesses.

Bombshell Revelations

The Republican-led House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic charged Fauci last month of having a meeting with CIA personnel to talk about the COVID-19 virus’s origins. Recently, Republican Senator Rand Paul pledged to release “bombshell revelations” about Fauci and details surrounding the so-called lab-leak scenario of the COVID-19 virus’s origins.

Nothing to See Here

“We now have emails that show [Fauci] saying that he knows it was gain-of-function, that the virus looked manipulated, and that he was worried that this came from the Wuhan lab,” Paul said in a recent interview on Fox Business discussing his new book about Fauci and the origins of COVID-19.After February 1, 2020, he said, “nothing to see here,” for the following three years.

Fauci Went Around the Safety Committee

“We also know that there was a safety committee that should have reviewed this, and we know that Anthony Fauci went around the safety committee,” Paul continued.

Fauci ”Destroyed Millions of People’s Lives”

As he runs for the GOP presidential nomination, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has been critical of Fauci in recent months. In May, DeSantis stated, “I think [Trump] did great for three years, but when he turned the country over to Fauci in March of 2020 that destroyed millions of people’s lives.”

You Are Fired

DeSantis made the following statement on Fauci at a recent campaign event: “If you are faced with a destructive bureaucrat in your midst like a Fauci, you do not empower somebody like Fauci. You bring him into the office and you tell him to pack his bags: ‘You are fired.’”

Brief in Support of Request for Criminal Investigation and Prosecution

Newsweek was sent a paper by the Vires Law Group titled “Brief in Support of Request for Criminal Investigation and Prosecution,” which explained why Fauci and other people need to be prosecuted for suspected pandemic-related crimes.

Abuse and Deaths of Florida’s Citizens

“Beginning in 2020, several individuals, most of whom were high ranking in the American government and federal agencies, enacted a campaign directly or indirectly to cause the abuse and deaths of Florida’s citizens, in particular citizens over 60 years of age,” according to the report.

The State of Florida Stands With Florida Victims

It continues: “While we understand state criminal prosecution may not [be] the typical vehicle through which the crimes committed by these Accused would be investigated and prosecuted, we know that the State of Florida stands with Florida victims and their families and will make the truth known and bring accountability and justice.”

Request the Office to Thoroughly Investigate Evidence

“As residents of the State of Florida, and constituents of Attorney General Ashley Moody, we respectfully request that the Office thoroughly investigate the evidence presented herein,” states the paper.

Lawyers Asking Moody’s Office to Seek Indictment and Prosecution

The lawyers are requesting that Moody’s office, “presuming sufficient evidence,” seek the indictment and prosecution of Anthony Fauci, Cliff Lane, Francis Collins, Deborah Birx, Rochelle Walensky, Stephen Hahn, and administrators of the Florida health care and hospital system—”including but not limited to AdventHealth and any other appropriate defendants”—for alleged crimes against Floridians, “particularly the vulnerable elderly and disabled.”
