Biden “Abdicated His Role as Leader of the Free World” – Former Treasury Secretary Blasts Biden and Calls for Trump’s White House Return

The former assistant secretary to the Treasury has penned a controversial op-ed declaring Biden has “abdicated” his role as leader of the US and “restoration” of the former Trump presidency needs to be restored.

Op-Ed Published on Same Day of Trump Rally

The op-ed titled ‘The World Needs President Trump Now More Than Ever’ authored by Monica Crowley, who was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury between 2019 and 2021, was coincidently published on the same day former President Trump spoke at a campaign rally in New Hampshire.

Under Trump, “Peace Through Strength”

Crowley’s op-ed opened by discussing the attacks on Israel by Hamas, “Shortly after Israel was savagely attacked by Hamas terrorists, a popular meme appeared showing former President Donald Trump in silhouette in a Batman-esque bat signal with the line: ‘The entire world right now.’ Under Trump, ‘peace through strength’ wasn’t just a suggestive mantra; it was a governing imperative,” she wrote.

The “Wheels Come off the World”

Through her op-ed, Crawley persistently implied that Biden was weak and that attacks on Israel would have never happened if Trump had been President. “Trump understood that when the United States is weak or is perceived as weak, the good guys retreat, the bad guys advance, and the wheels come off the world.”

The World Enjoyed Relative Peace

Crawley illustrated her view: “Trump also knew that by putting America First, our allies and our adversaries would understand that he meant business.” She said that if US “interests were threatened,” Trump would deliver an “overwhelming U.S. retaliatory response,” keeping “the bad guys in check” and allowing “the world to enjoy relative peace, stability, and prosperity.”

Biden Put America Last

Crawley, the former assistant secretary for the Treasury, continued her point, implying Biden was weak: “Enter President Joe Biden, who, like most Leftists, put America Last,” she wrote. She accused Biden of rejecting “the moral and practical necessity of American strength” and embracing “feeble irresolution.” She continued, “He has projected constant weakness, equivocation, ineptitude and moral bankruptcy.”

American Lunacy, “America Last”

On the same day the op-ed was published, Trump addressed a crowd of supporters in New Hampshire, declaring, “Joe Biden’s speech was a grotesque betrayal of Israel and a confused mess of Neocon warmongering. An American last lunacy. American last,” said Trump to his crowd of supporters. “They want America last, ladies and gentlemen,” Trump repeated.

Biden’s Weakness Resulted in Hot Wars

Crawley’s op-ed consistently resembled Trump’s speech, “The result has been an explosion of global instability,” she wrote, insinuating “existential threats” from China and Iran have increased during Biden’s tenure along with “hot wars” in Ukraine and Israel.”

Biden Has Abdicated His Role

“The globe is in absolute chaos because Biden has abdicated his role as Leader of the Free World,” Monica Crawley declared.

Trump Desperately Needed Back

“The silver lining to this abject disaster is that it is becoming ever-clearer that Trump’s robust, principled leadership is desperately needed back in the White House.” She went on to add.

Trump to Restore Peace

In stark resemblance to Crawley’s op-ed, Trump stated in his speech, “To every American who’s terrified that crooked Joe’s weakness will cause catastrophic global conflict. Excuse me, it already is. I make this promise to you as President: I will restore peace through strength, and we will prevent. We will stop World War III.” Said Trump.

Crawley’s Op-Ed Echoes Trump’s NH Rally Speech

Crawley’s opinion had more striking similarities to Trump’s campaign speech in New Hampshire, which he delivered on the same day, October 23, that the op-ed was published.

“It Would Have Never Happened.”

Trump said to his audience in New Hampshire, “Crooked Joe went before the American people and said that if you want to support Israel, you have to give a blank check for the proxy war; by the way, it would’ve never happened if we were President.” “If we didn’t have that election, you wouldn’t have that, you wouldn’t have inflation, you wouldn’t have had the attack on Israel,” Trump said.

Secretary of States Said Biden Is “A Disaster.”

Trump continued to punish Biden in his speech, “His [Biden’s] Secretaries of States and the various administrations have said he’s a disaster. He’s been a disaster. But these things never would’ve happened during the Trump administration.” Was Trump referring to Crawley’s op-ed?

Biden’s Weakness Caused Israel Attack

“Because it was Joe Biden with his weakness and what he did with Iran and others that caused the attack on Israel. That’s very simple. They would’ve never attacked. They would’ve never attacked Israel. Never. Russia would’ve never attacked Ukraine.” Stated Trump.

Our “Great Cities Are in Collapse”

Crawley’s op-ed continued to protest Biden’s weakness, “Biden’s radical policies have created staggering problems.” Crawley’s op-ed continued, “Our once-great cities are in collapse. Three different American bases are under attack in the Middle East.”

Trump 100% Beat ISIS

Trump also referred to “attacks” in his October speech, stating, “For two years I wanted to say, ‘Look how good things are.’ We had the ban. We had a ban. I think that’s okay, but we didn’t have an attack for four years,” said Trump. “We had no wars. We beat Isis, 100% of Isis,” he boasted.

CNN Fact Check

However, CNN’s Daniel Dale wrote a fact-check article refuting Trump’s claims of 100% beating Isis. His article read, “Trump’s own Justice Department alleged that a mass murder in New York City in 2017, which killed eight people and injured others, was a terrorist attack carried out in support of ISIS;”

Dale’s article continued, “Trump’s Justice Department also alleged that a 2019 attack by an extremist member of Saudi Arabia’s military, which killed three US servicemembers and injured others at a military base in Florida, ‘was motivated by jihadist ideology’ and was carried out by a longtime ‘associate’ of al Qaeda.”

Trump Smashed ISIS in Stellar Record

Crawley echoed Trump’s false claims of 100% defeating ISIS in her op-ed, “Only one candidate has a stellar record of delivering all of that as president,” Crawley wrote, “He [Trump] essentially solved illegal immigration, enforced the border, delivered law and order, smashed ISIS…” she wrote.

Barbarous World Needs Strong American Leadership

“A chaotic, barbarous world is calling out for strong American leadership. And for that, there’s only one option: a restoration of the Trump presidency,” Crawley’s op-ed concluded.
