“Isn’t She Amazing?”: Biden’s Endorsement of Marjorie Taylor Greene’s New Book Raises Eyebrows

Democratic President Joe Biden is a big fan of outspoken Republican congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene and has even endorsed her new book.

Only he isn’t and he most certainly has not.

The controversial Georgia representative was appearing on Donald Trump Jr.’s podcast, Triggered, when the host pointed to something Green “did … a little different in [her] endorsements” of her new book, MTG.

Greene agreed, saying: “I thought, ‘What are the things that people need to read on the back of this book that would make them wonder what is in the pages?”

A Democratic Lure

The far-right congresswoman continued: “So we put some of the folks on the back. I’ve got a quote from Joe Biden that says, ‘Isn’t she amazing.” I’ve got Hillary Clinton: ‘This woman should be on a watchlist, not in Congress.’ I’ve got a great quote from Nancy Pelosi: ‘MTG is a cause for trauma and fear among members of Congress.’”

More Fabricated Quotes

None of the quotes are real, however. Other made up lines on the back cover from real people are from Republican and Green critic Liz Cheney, actress Whoppi Goldberg and rising Democratic star Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a New York representative better known by her initials, AOC.

Greene told host Donald Jr., who is on trial for fraud with his brother Eric and former-president father, Donald Sr: “I thought, you know what, let’s put them on the back of the book. I don’t need anybody else to say any more about me.”

‘US-Destroying Lunatics’

Donald Jr. responded: “That’s the most glowing endorsements (sic) you could possibly get if you’re on our side. It’s not just praise from people who think alike; it’s the abject hate and fear from the lunatics that are destroying our country.”

Greene 2020 Election View

Greene has come under fire while appearing on media outlets to promote her book for refusing to acknowledge that Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election over incumbent president Trump, repeating the former president’s false claim that the vote was “rigged” and “stolen.”

Trump Election-Interference Indictment

Trump has been indicted for allegedly attempting to overturn the result of the election and preventing the peaceful transfer of power. He has pleaded not guilty and blames Democrats for bringing the case, to try stop him from getting back to the White House in next year’s presidential election.

US Capitol Riot

Greene’s new book also talks about the events that unfolded at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021, after Trump urged his supporters to protest the 2020 election result there. Thousands of people turned up and five people died as a result of violence with police and security officers that erupted.

‘Democrats Fled House Chamber’

Greene’s book says, according to excerpts published by media outlets that obtained advance copies, that there were no Democrats on the House floor as rioters approached the building and tried to gain entry.

‘Only Republicans Defending’

She writes: “Several of the Republican congressmen said, ‘We’re going to stay right here and defend the House chamber.’ As they began barricading the door with furniture, I noticed not one Democrat was willing to stay to defend the chamber.”

‘Doesn’t Know What She’s Talking About’

Greene’s claim has been branded a lie by Democratic congressman Jason Crow, of Colorado, who said: “Marjorie Taylor Greene doesn’t exist in the same reality as the rest of us. For those of us who were there on January 6 and actually defended the chamber from violent insurrectionists, her view is patently false. She doesn’t know what she’s talking about.”

‘Jewish Space Lasers’

Greene has denied she is anti-semitic after claiming in a TV interview that wildfires in California were caused by a “Jewish space laser.” She had written on Facebook, in a post that she later deleted, that there were “too many coincidences to ignore” about the fire, which, she claimed, was likely caused by laserbeams that had been sighted in the area and that an executive of “Rothschild Inc, international investment banking firm” was somehow involved.

Greene denied she was against the Jewish people because Jesus, her “savior,” was a Jewish carpenter.

Green Slammed Online

People were not so kind to Greene online. One person, writing on X, said: “Stop grifting with your book and do your real job.” Someone else on X echoed that, saying: “Stop. Just do your job. All Republicans.” Another X user offered: “I do need something for the winter fires in the fireplace.”
