Trump Blasts NYC Trial Judge ‘A Disgrace to the Legal Profession’ and Warns ‘Leave My Children Alone, Engoron’

Donald Trump is not doing himself any favors with the judge overseeing his fraud trial in New York. After twice violating a gag order for attacking court officials, including the judge, and being hit with a total of $15,000 in fines, Trump has again unleashed a torrent of abuse at the jurist.

Trump Children Testifying

Trump’s latest online outburst comes as the first of his adult children begin giving testimony at the court in Manhattan. New York Attorney General Letitia James alleges Trump, family members and senior executives at the Trump Organization committed years of fraud in exaggerating their properties’ values to get cheap loans.

Evidence of Fraud

Judge Arthur Engoron has already determined that there is “convincing evidence” that fraud was committed by the Trump Organization and has revoked several of its business licenses. Trump is facing a fine of at least $250 million, as well as the possible loss of control of his company.

Trump: A ‘Rigged Trial’

Just before Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr, took the stand on Wednesday to testify in the case, Trump lashed out at the proceedings on his Truth Social network.

“This Rigged Trial, brought by the Racist New York State A.G. Letitia James before Trump and developer Hating Judge, Arthur Engoron, which should have never been brought in that the so-called STAR WITNESS, SleazeBag Lawyer (for many people) Michael Cohen, admitted last week on the stand that he LIED, and also that your favorite President, Donald J. Trump, or anyone from the Trump Organization, NEVER TOLD HIM TO INFLATE VALUES ON FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, the opposite of what he told the A.G. in order to get this HOAX started.”

Trump: ‘I’m the Victim’

The former president, who is campaigning for a return to the White House, continued in his rant against the court, and referring to the value of Florida resort home:

“Therefore, on that fact alone, this Fake Case should be dismissed. Additionally, however, the Financial Statements Values are Conservative (LOW!), Mar-a-Lago is worth MUCH MORE than $18,000,000, there is a 100% Disclaimer Clause on the 1st page of the Statements, the Banks and Insurance Companies were paid in full, no defaults, they all made money, and there is no Victim (except me!).”

Judge a ‘Disgrace’

Trump saved his most blistering comment for the end of his Truth Social post, blasting the judge as being unworthy of his profession.

“Leave my children alone, Engoron. You are a disgrace to the legal profession!”

Donald Trump Jr Testimony

In his testimony before the court, Trump Jr, 45, said he had no knowledge of financial records at the Trump Organization because “I leave it to my accountants.” He therefore denied any involvement in fraudulent undertakings at the company.

‘No Understanding’

Asked if he understood basic accounting methods known as the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles that American companies are required to adhere to, Trump Jr said: “I have no understanding.”

‘Kangaroo Court’

Speaking earlier in the week to the right-wing Newsmax network, Trump Jr branded the proceedings in New York a “sham” being conducted by a “kangaroo court.”

More Family Testimony

Trump Jr’s siblings Ivanka and Eric are also due to appear before the court to testify, as is their father, at some point next week.

Follow-Up Trump Rant

In a subsequent and lengthy post on Truth Social, Trump again went after Judge Engoron, saying he “put a RIDICULOUS GAG ORDER ON ME, which we will appeal. He fines me at levels never seen before. The A.G.’s people are thrilled, but can’t believe it is happening.”

‘Crazy, Unhinged’ Judge

Trump raged that Judge “Engoron is crazy, totally unhinged, and dangerous – Our Judicial System has gone to HELL.”

Prayers for Trump

Support on X, formerly Twitter, was swift for the former president and his New York legal battle. One person, Sheri, wrote:

“Pray for our President Trump… What he is going through for our country is truly Amazing. Anyone else would have given up and headed out to the golf course by now. President Trump loves this country and my family just like I do, and I love and respect him for fighting for us everyday.”

Trump ‘Sacrifice for Country’

Another X user, Ronder Leah, said: “Seriously? I can’t believe you are still standing! Here you are, don’t lose heart, America has seen your strength! We believe in you and love you! Your sacrifice for our country will never be forgotten! Thank you Mr President!”

Trump ‘Will Have Last Laugh’

Still another person, Pat in MT, responded to Trump by saying: “This can’t stand! It will be thrown out on appeal. This judge has crossed the line and will be taken down. The whole world is watching his hateful antics…in fact he may be single handedly ensuring Trump wins the Presidency again! Thank him! You get the last laugh!”
