Mary Trump shared the podcast on X (Twitter), posting, “Wow, I just had an eye-opening interview with attorney Joe Gallina, who discusses why Judge Chutkan’s gag order almost certainly means Donald will spend his nights in a jail cell. Wait until you hear what we can collectively do to make sure he breaks it…”

“he is not above the law,” she said. “We never hear anybody discussing this in terms of the personal costs of the private citizens Donald goes after,” said Mary.

In response to Mary’s statement about her uncle not being “above the law,” Joe Gallina responded, “Some of our laws weren’t intended to be tested like this, right?”
“no one expects the former President to put people’s lives in danger like this.” He continued

Gallina then discussed the legal consequences of former President Trump breaking his gag order.
“What happens, if and when he breaks this [order], offenses will lead to prison or jail, I would say,” Gallina said.

“Unbridled ahead of the gag order hearing today in the 2020 election subversion case, Trump was last night lashing out on Truth Social at the Special Counsel Jack Smith and Chutkan — exactly the kind of posts prosecutors are trying to restrict.”

Mary took to social media again, posting, “Donald just attacked Judge Engoron, again. Only Jordon’s shot at being Speaker lasted less time than Donald’s self-restraint.”

“It’s a rigged trial. And we have a hostile group of people. We have a very hostile judge. I hate to say that we have a hostile judge.” Trump said in a live interview.

A federal judge has issued a partial gag order restraining Donald Trump from making derogatory comments about the prosecutors, the court, and potential witnesses in anticipation of his trial on charges related to election subversion.
Furthermore, another gag order has been enforced in the New York Civil Fraud Trial.

‘It’s quite frankly insulting to be told time after time that the American people can handle it and that we just need to move on,’ Mary Trump continued.
